The Feldenkrais Method was developed between 1940 and 1984 by scientist, engineer and respected Judo teacher Moshe Feldenkrais (1904 - 1984). In the beginning era of thinking about the possibilities of plasticity of the brain and how we as human beings can change habitual behaviour Feldenkrais has been one of the pioneers in this field.
