About Me

As a dancer and choreographer I was always interested in finding out more about this tantalizing subject of movement.
When I came across the Feldenkrais Method®, I was fascinated by the way the method invited me to learn new movements and at the same time made me aware of my thinking process.
With so many different movement awareness experiences during my dance career I had found the Feldenkrais Method® gave me the clearest frame work in which I was able to explore movement by integrating sensing, feeling and thinking. The experience of the movements during a lesson is very subtle and yet the structure of a Feldenkrais lesson does bring a big transformation.
I have realized how my dancing became richer and more refined. I also started using the method to recover from exhaustion and high performance. The Feldenkrais Method has helped me to recover much quicker then I was usually able to.
This all brought me to commit to the Amsterdam Feldenkrais Teacher Training II which I successfully completed in 2008. I am a fully accredited member of the Feldenkrais Guild UK and subscribe to its code of ethics and requirements for insurance.
In my practice in the city of London I have worked with older people who needed help to regain coordination and balance, people with disc replacements, piriformis syndrome, shoulder and back problems as well as runners and dancers. I also have worked with adults and children with cerebral palsy.
I teach regularly workshops and classes for groups in London as well as abroad.
